Ed is an architecture graduate with a passion for place-making.  He enjoys being involved in community engagement within the built-environment and implementing real people's opinions in real-world projects. He believes in spaces being safe, playful and inclusive for everyone to enjoy.

Ed's interest in the built environment stems from researching the success of regeneration in Liverpool City Region. A subject he continued to explore through his undergraduate degree in Architecture, where he focused his research on Birkenhead and its potential place-making opportunities.

In his spare time, Ed enjoys volunteering with various local groups such as Liverpool Architecture Foundation. Here, he has helped with introducing design projects across the Liverpool City Region to the wider public - often through site visits or talks.
